Indian Head Massage 30mins £30
The traditional Indian Head massage focuses on the shoulders, neck and head to provide a vigorous but relaxing massage treatment. You will remain clothed while your consultant eases away tension and stress from these areas.The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.
Massage Techniques
Each massage uses different techniques and pressures depending largely on the type of treatment and your own individual needs from the massage.
Swedish is generally a firm massage but may be lighter if required.
Massages using the aromatherapy blends are designed to relax and lift. Blends include bergamot and orange (uplifting and zingy!) and lavender to help you relax.
The Muscle Relax massage is just as it sounds! If your muscles are tired and aching, this is the perfect solution. The massage is firm and concentrates on the areas you most need. The oil continues to work deep into the muscles even after the massage has finished!
Hot Stone Therapy allows the therapist to use the heat from lava stones to enhance your massage experience, relaxing tight muscles and soothing aching limbs.
Decleor Aroma Massages are relaxing and conditioning at the same time. Relax to simply relax, Detox to encourage your body to detox, Tonic to firm and smooth contours and Flow to warm through the bodies muscles - perfect if you suffer from circulation problems.
