How Does It Work?
Laser paddles are placed on the skin where you would like to lose inches. These emit cold, red laser beams which penetrate the skin just to the layers of fat. When the light hits the fat cells, an amazingly fast chain of events is set up!
Pores form on the surface of the fat cells, allowing the maleable liquids to spill through (glycerides, water, fatty acids) into the interstitial space beneath the fatty layer of the skin.
To ensure the softened cell contents don't simply stay in the same place, you need to do approximately 30 minutes of cardio-vascular exercise within 12 hours of having the treatment to make your body's lymphatic system process the contents in much the same way as it would process fatty foods! The exercise must be enough to make you perspire but this may be something as simple as a very brisk walk!
Which Areas Can Be Treated?
The only area we would not treat is anywhere above the cheek bones on the face.
How Many Treatments Are Needed?
It is possible to have a single trial treatment but a course of 2 treatments per week for 4 weeks (total 8 treatments) are recommended for real results!
At the beginning of the course, you will be measured with our self-levelling tape measures (there can be no cheating or pulling!) and, if you would like, a photograph taken of the area to be treated. This gives you something to truly measure the results against throughout the course!
You can have further courses if required but it is essential to leave a gap of 2 weeks between courses where the same lymph nodes are used.
Is This a Miracle Treatment?
The short answer is No! This is a really good way to reduce inches quickly but, if you continue to have an unhealthy lifestyle, then the weight will come back. This is for men and women who really wish to make a change or who are already on a healthy lifestyle plan but are having difficulty losing those last few inches.
